How does it work?

After an initial discussion and payment arrangements made a specified time over the phone is arranged when we will call you back and then the remote set up is established. Once this has been set up and you authorise us on your computer screen to take over we can then control your Windows or Apple Mac Computer from our office computer system to fix any problems you may have.

Is it safe?

Yes completely! Only your computer is linked to the secured PC Help office computer system and we can only see what you can see on your computer screen. We can move your mouse and click on options to repair problems or demonstrate how to do a task during training. Once finished the remote session is disconnected and PC Help can not longer access your computer without your authorisation.
