Crashing Windows or Apple Mac computer, freezing computer, not responding

If your Windows or Apple Mac computer keeps crashing specific programs let PC Help resolve them for you. It's usually a sign there is some corruption possible with the code, especially if it is happening every time. Sometimes a more serious crash can result if the computer doing an full shutdown or cutting out. This needs to be addresses urgently to prevent system file damage or damage to the hard drive.
Freezing Windows PC or Apple Mac
If you are getting regular freezing of a program or App, either not responding on Windows or the spinning ball on an Apple Mac, this can sometimes be software issues or could be memory or speed problems, see SLOW COMPUTER section.
