If your Windows PC or Apple Mac Desktop, Laptop or Notebook requires a repair after developing a hardware problem or software error, catches a virus or encounters Operating System problems PC Help can visit to repair the problem for you. Generally a repair can be achieved on-site while you watch using a combination of software and the technician's excellent knowledge and expertise in diagnostics and problem solving.
Hardware repair
If your computer has a hardware fault this can usually be fixed quickly and on-site if the hardware part is within our available stock. Sometimes PC Help may have to order specific replacement parts to be fixed. In this scenario your computer is repaired in our workshop. This is a good turn-around and your computer is usually repaired and returned to you within 3-5 working days dependant on availability of parts and complexity of the work involved in the repair.
Reset / Restore your computer back to factory settings
Sometimes due to lots of problems your computer may require a full re-install back to its original factory settings. The process includes backup of your Documents, Photos and Music, re-install back to factory settings and re-installation of any additional software, printers you may need. Finally your Documents, Photos and Music is transferred back into the clean computer. This is a good way of removing any issues and in some cases giving it a new lease of life again. We usually recommended this to be undertaken in our workshop, doing this at a discounted rate and return your computer once completed, usually within 2-5 working days.
